Qualifications

• 5+ years as ServiceNow Administrator in ITOM/ITSM in a large enterprise.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, or Service Graph Connectors.
• Experience with REST APIs, LDAP, and SSO.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Experience with JavaScript in ServiceNow.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Administer ServiceNow platform day-to-day operations and upgrades.
• Monitor platform health and perform regular maintenance.
• Create scripts to automate tasks and gather data.
• Conduct platform assessments and recommend improvements.
• Manage instance security, access control, and auditing.
• Contribute to roadmap and continual improvements.
