• Experience translating requirements into user stories and roadmaps for ServiceNow.
• Experience leading training, change management, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission needs into actionable user stories and backlogs for the ServiceNow team.
• Collaborate with internal customers and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define success criteria.
• Work with developers, testers, and Scrum Masters in Agile ceremonies to deliver features.
• Support governance by enforcing standards and maintaining configuration integrity.
• Develop and deliver training, documentation, and communications to boost platform adoption.
• Lead change management for new ServiceNow releases or rollouts.
• Monitor usage and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
