Job summary

Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
- EPA, HVAC, CPO, or similar certifications required.
- Service orientation and basic English communication.
- 2+ years in apartment maintenance roles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry issues.
- Perform daily pool care and ensure chemical balance and safety.
- Carry out basic roof repairs and lock/key work.
- Inspect property for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
