Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in apartment communities.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety procedures.
• Good written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completing make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair A/C, heating, appliances, electrical, plumbing.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vacant units.
• Perform daily pool care and maintain chemical balance.
• Inspect for safety hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duties and respond in uniform.
