Job Overview

United Fast Food & Beverage, a CES Nationwide company, is expanding and offering new growth opportunities. The Lead Service Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining food and beverage equipment. The role involves ensuring high-quality service, providing technical support, training technicians, and maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair equipment such as ice makers, coffee brewers, ovens, and beverage dispensers
  • Ensure timely service and a high first-time fix rate
  • Minimize repeat service calls and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Train new technicians and lead two training workshops annually
  • Maintain accurate service records and report to management
  • Promote safety, compliance, and best practices
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and lead by example
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and on-call
  • Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • EPA Certification, with in-house refrigeration certification ability
  • At least 3 years of experience in refrigeration and field service
  • Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills
  • Experience in training and mentoring technicians
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in various conditions
