A leading service company in Huntsville is hiring qualified Service Technicians for immediate opportunities. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $28.00 - $35.00/hour, sign-on bonuses, and generous benefits including medical and dental coverage, a company vehicle, and paid vacations. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and be able to work independently.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customers.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs commercial cooking equipment and refrigeration.
• Communicates status updates for part orders and repairs with branch support and customer.
• Completes service calls accurately and timely.
• Audits truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked.
• Ensures service vehicle, tools, and uniforms are consistent with Whaley standards of safety.
• Meets on-call requirements.

Required Education | Experience

• Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and or refrigeration.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
• Valid Driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standard.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot: an automotive, electrical, installation, and mechanical background is a plus.
• Journeyman License and or CFESA certification not required but would be a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and soft skills.
• Good driving record
