Key Responsibilities

1. Inspect, maintain, and repair residential swimming pools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, including pumps, heaters, and filtration systems.
3. Perform routine pool maintenance, including water chemistry testing and adjustments.
4. Lead and train service team members on Shoreline's processes and procedures.
5. Collaborate with clients to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with all services.
6. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and service activities.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on all job sites.

Qualifications

1. Experience in pool maintenance or a similar field is preferred; training will be provided for Shoreline-specific methods.
2. Certified Pool Operator License (Required) or willingness to obtain certification.
3. Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
7. Physical ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting equipment and operating tools.
