Responsibilities

• Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow
• Ensure adherence to dealership processes and drive accountability
• Provide ongoing training to service department staff
• Conduct performance reviews and 1-on-1 meetings with team members
• Motivate staff to reach full potential and maintain high customer service scores
• Assist guests professionally and maintain repeat business
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve dealership goals
• Perform other duties as required
