Holler INFINITI of Columbia is seeking a Lead Receptionist to join the Service Department in Columbia, South Carolina. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling transactions, and supporting service staff. Competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities are offered within the Holler Classic family.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office, receptionist, or automotive dealership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
