Job summary

Holler INFINITI Columbia is seeking a Lead Receptionist to join our Service Department. This role requires a dependable, organized, and customer-focused professional who can provide an exceptional experience to our customers while supporting the daily operations of the service team.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office or automotive dealership experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule and manage customer service appointments.
• Answer basic customer questions and provide general service information.
• Handle cashiering and customer transactions.
• Assist with filing, paperwork, and administrative duties.
• Support Service Advisors and other department staff as needed.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient service department.
• Provide welcoming, professional experience for every customer.
• Any other task assigned by management.

Holler INFINITI of Columbia is looking for a Lead Receptionist to join our Service Department. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused professional who can provide an exceptional experience to our customers while supporting the daily operations of our service team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working independently, staying organized, and working as part of a team. This position also offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the dealership for the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications:

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: Two scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM

Pay

• $16–$19 per hour, based on experience and skill level
