Job summary

A nonprofit real estate developer is seeking a Service Technician III in Boston, MA. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced hands-on repair experience in three or more building trades.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English, bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing Laws & Guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform repairs for appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories.
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies.
• Prepare and perform repairs to vacant apartments for new residents.
