Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician III in Lincoln, MA, to promptly respond to service requests, prepare apartments for turnover, and maintain property assets.

The role requires a high level of building trades skills and a strong customer service mindset. This in-office position demands five days per week on site, with responsibilities spanning interior and exterior maintenance, grounds upkeep, and coordination with vendors and the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade school or 5 years of progressive responsibility in property management or hospitality.
• REAC/HQS experience preferred.
• Industry-Trade certifications/Degrees (NAHMS, CAMT, OSHA, HVAC, ETC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, plus basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Respond to service requests and on-call emergencies promptly.
• Complete or monitor preventive maintenance for building systems and components.
