Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic support to repair appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, etc.
• Respond to all service requests and on-call emergencies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and perform repairs to vacant apartments.
