Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in pediatric early intervention.
• 5+ years' experience providing pediatric early intervention services preferred.
• Experience with infants/children and developmental delays or disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for Service Coordination operations while maintaining a full caseload of families in EI.
• Oversee referral, intake, documentation, and provider coordination processes.
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations; assist Program Manager with performance monitoring, data quality, and reporting.
• Serve as a primary resource to Service Coordinators and promote consistent policy implementation.
• Partner with families, providers, and community agencies to ensure timely access to high-quality EI services.
