Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks a Lead Service Coordinator to guide EI service coordination, manage referrals and documentation, and support program compliance. The role requires leadership of coordinators, collaboration with families, providers, and community partners, and ongoing data quality oversight.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 5+ years in pediatric EI settings, and may require Baby Watch and CPR/First Aid credentials or the ability to

Qualifications

• Excellent oral, written, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of local community resources and family support services.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, solution-focused adaptability.
• Ability to motivate and empower families.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with families, providers, and partners.
• Baby Watch Early Interventionist Credential or ability to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification current or obtain within timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Service Coordination operations while maintaining a full caseload of families in the Early Intervention Program.
• Oversee referral, intake, documentation, and provider coordination processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and monitor program performance, data quality, and reporting.
• Serve as a primary resource to Service Coordinators and promote consistent policy implementation.
• Partner with families, providers, and community agencies to ensure timely access to high-quality services.
