Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. seeks a Lead Service Coordinator to lead Service Coordination operations within the Early Intervention Program, while maintaining a full caseload of families.

This role oversees referrals, intake, documentation, and provider coordination to ensure timely access to high-quality early intervention services. The position supports compliance with state and federal regulations and assists the Program Manager in monitoring performance, data quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and five+ years’ experience may be considered.
• 5+ years’ experience with infants and children in pediatric early intervention preferred.
• Experience serving children with developmental delays or disabilities preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or ability to obtain within established timeframes.
• Knowledge of local community resources and family support services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Service Coordination operations while maintaining a full caseload of families in EI.
• Oversee referral, intake, documentation, and provider coordination processes.
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations and monitor program performance and data quality.
• Partner with families, providers, and community agencies to ensure timely access to high-quality services.
