Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain seeks a Lead Service Coordinator to guide EI service coordination, manage referrals and documentation, and support program compliance. The role requires leadership of coordinators, collaboration with families, providers, and community partners, and ongoing data quality oversight.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 5+ years in pediatric EI settings, and may require Baby Watch and CPR/First Aid credentials or the ability to

About the Role

The Lead Service Coordinator provides leadership and support for Service Coordination operations while maintaining a full caseload of families participating in the Early Intervention Program. This position oversees referral, intake, documentation, and provider coordination processes, supports compliance with state and federal regulations, and assists the Program Manager in monitoring program performance, data quality, and reporting requirements. The Lead Service Coordinator serves as a primary resource to Service Coordinators, promotes consistent implementation of policies and procedures, and partners with families, providers, and community agencies to ensure timely access to high-quality early intervention services that support the developmental needs of eligible children and their families.

Requirements

• Excellent oral, written, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are strongly preferred and considered an asset in serving children and families.
• Knowledge of local community resources and family support services.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Applicant must pass DMV check.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a nationally accredited college or university preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and five (5) or more years of experience providing pediatric early intervention services may be considered.
• At least 5 years’ experience working with infants and children.
• Experience providing services to children with developmental delays, disabilities, or other special needs preferred.
• Experience in pediatric early intervention services preferred.
