Dial Senior Living in Coralville, IA is seeking a Lead Server to provide excellent dining service to residents, take orders, and mentor teammates. This full-time position requires 1+ year of food service experience and the ability to lead shifts with a focus on resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in food service.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents meals, take orders, and assist residents throughout all aspects of the dining experience.
• Lead pre-shift meetings for the team to discuss relevant info related to the day’s shift.
• Act as point of contact for resident dining experience concerns, resolve minor service issues, and handle complex orders.
• Train and mentor new team members, following the training plan and ensure new hire is successfully onboarded to position.
