Dial is seeking a Lead Server in Coralville, IA to provide excellent dining service to residents and mentor the team. This full-time role involves serving meals, taking orders, and overseeing dining operations during shifts from 11:00am to 7:00pm, with every other weekend included.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of food service experience, ability to read English, strong multitasking and leadership skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in dining/food service.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve residents meals and take orders.
• Lead pre-shift meetings for the team.
• Address dining concerns, resolve issues, and handle complex orders.
• Train and mentor new team members and onboard them to the role.
• Support dining staff with special meal requirements or events.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Record cooler, freezer and dish machine temperatures in the TELS system.
