Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 2 to lead and deliver exceptional food and beverage service for members and guests, upholding Invited’s service standards. This role oversees the Server 1 team, ensuring smooth operations and collaboration to drive satisfaction and retention.

As a senior member, you will guide the team, coordinate duties with management, and maintain clean, well-stocked workstations while supporting food and beverage service excellence across the dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards as outlined in the Invited F&B service training programs.
• Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring members/guests are served promptly and attentively, while managing more complex service issues or last-minute changes.
• Ensure comprehensive knowledge of the à la carte menu and daily specials, and guide Server 1 team members in delivering exceptional service.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Server 1 staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with management to assign duties, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist fellow employees and lead by example, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service across the team.
