Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Server 2 to lead and elevate food and beverage service for members and guests at our clubs. You will coordinate the Server 1 team, ensure adherence to Invited's service standards, and contribute to a consistently exceptional dining experience.

The role requires F&B service experience, state certifications, and strong communication. This position supports a dynamic club environment with a focus on guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards as outlined in Invited F&B service training programs.
• Oversee food and beverage service and guide Server 1 to deliver exceptional service.
• Serve as the primary contact for Server 1 staff and coordinate duties with management.
• Assist with handling member/guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, stocked workstations and ensure side work is completed to club standards.
