Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 2 to lead food and beverage service, coach Server 1, and ensure guest satisfaction across dining operations. You will uphold service standards, train teammates, and respond to member needs to deliver exceptional experiences.

Role requires strong communication, prior F&B experience, and adherence to safety and training programs. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the club network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state/city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards per Invited F&B training.
• Oversee service and guide Server 1 for smooth dining experiences.
• Ensure knowledge of the menu and daily specials.
• Lead Server 1 and coordinate with management on duties.
