Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 2 to lead and deliver exceptional food and beverage service for members and guests, upholding Invited’s 3 steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. You will supervise Server 1, coordinate service operations, and work with F&B leadership to ensure timely, accurate service and guest satisfaction across dining areas.

Ideal candidates bring prior F&B experience, valid Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications, and a commitment to teamwork,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high service standards per Invited F&B training programs.
• Oversee service to ensure prompt, attentive dining experiences.
• Guide Server 1 team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Serve as primary contact for Server 1 staff and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with management to assign duties and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with other duties and lead by example to ensure smooth operations.
