Job summary

Hawksmoor is opening a new restaurant in Boston, recruiting experienced Servers to join our team and help us open our third US location. You will play a key role in delivering Hawksmoor’s renowned service and creating memorable guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Confidently manage all sections of the restaurant.
• Passionately recommend and describe all food and beverage offerings.
• Deliver Hawksmoor Steak Chat with confidence and authenticity.
• Provide tailored, thoughtful hospitality and expert service.
• Execute service for larger groups, including PDR and large parties.
• Follow Hawksmoor Steps of Service and service standards consistently.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Hawksmoor beef, suppliers, and sourcing.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, beers, cocktails, and soft drinks - including storytelling around selections.
• Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge and handle guest feedback, complaints, or quality issues with confidence and professionalism.
