Job summary

Hawksmoor is opening its third US restaurant in Boston's Fort Point. We’re looking for experienced Servers to join our team and help us open in fall 2026, delivering Hawksmoor’s renowned hospitality and guest experiences.

As a Hawksmoor Server, you’ll be responsible for expertly describing food and beverage offerings, managing service for multiple tables, and upholding our Steps of Service. We value inclusivity, teamwork, and commitment to sustainability and quality.

Qualifications

• Experienced as a server in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong hospitality and guest service skills.
• Ability to describe and recommend food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Confidently manage all sections of the restaurant.
• Recommend and describe all food and beverage offerings.
• Deliver Hawksmoor's service standards with authenticity.
• Provide tailored, thoughtful hospitality and expert service.
• Execute service for larger groups and events.
• Follow Hawksmoor Steps of Service and service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of Hawksmoor beef, suppliers, and sourcing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of spirits, beers, cocktails, and soft drinks.
