Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal Front of House positions in Breckenridge. You’ll serve guests with a friendly, efficient approach, learn the menu and drinks, while helping drive sales and upholding safety and health standards.

Starting wage ranges from $22.00 to $26.88 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of $20 per hour for tipped roles. Housing is not provided, and positions are full-time during the winter season 2026/27.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Spanish - preferred.
• Prior serving experience.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• TIPS certification required - will provide with TIPS training within 30 days of hire if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional, and friendly guest service to restaurant & bar guests.
• Handle opening and closing duties; ensure stocking, setup, and dining room cleanliness.
• Actively use suggestive selling techniques to upsell products.
• Proactively promote beer, wine, liquor, and food to guests.
