Job summary

Starting pay ranges from $16.90 to $18.45 per hour, with tipped positions guaranteed at least $20 per hour. Roles include full-time and part-time schedules with housing available, and opportunities to learn, grow and guide

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced guest service environment.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our mountain passion during service.
• Follow daily pre-shift guidance from leadership.
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations.
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean workstation throughout and at day end.
• Option to ski or snowboard after work, location dependent.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
