Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge is hiring for Winter Seasonal roles for 2026/2027. Starting wage is $20.00/hr–$31.00/hr, with full-time hours available and housing by arrangement. This position supports our rental shop, ski school, and guest services teams in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced, service-based environment.
• Fluent in all aspects of English language.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills with a wide variety of guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Have an in-depth understanding of our rental shop processes and equipment check-in/check-out.
• Daily set up and tear down of outdoor teaching areas and indoor facilities.
• Maintain clean and orderly facilities and ensure high-volume guest flow runs smoothly.
• Assist with ski school classes as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
