Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, CO is hiring for winter 2026/27 for multiple seasonal roles including cooks, drivers, instructors and more. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with full-time hours available and housing options.

Join our Mountain Operations team to serve guests, learn new skills, and grow with one of the world's leading ski resort operators. No prior experience required; training is provided and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Desire to learn and grow within a seasonal role.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible across multiple departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow leadership guidelines outlined during daily pre-shift meetings.
• Set beverage stations and food displays, cashier, greet guests and bus tables.
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
