Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States invites you to join our Winter Seasonal Front of House team. As a member of the F&B family, you’ll connect with guests, learn menu items, and operate a POS system in a fast-paced mountain resort environment.

Starting wage ranges from 2.83 to 7.77 USD per hour, with tipped positions guaranteed a minimum of about $20 per hour including tips. We offer free ski passes, employee discounts, training, and growth opportunities across 40+ resorts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• We will teach you all necessary skills; no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leadership’s guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned
