Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, CO is hiring for a Winter Seasonal Front of House role. You will lead restaurant operations and ensure top-notch guest service across the dining area and kitchen, with the support of a strong team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous restaurant supervisory or guest service experience required.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Attend to all guest needs in the restaurant ensuring friendly, responsive service.
• Answers phones and communicates with staff to maintain dining areas, including setup and busing of tables as needed.
• Work on the floor or in the kitchen, wherever needed, to ensure smooth operation.
• Assists in ongoing training of staff and provides any necessary feedback.
• Enforce and comply with health and safety requirements for the restaurant, employees, and guests.
• Ensure cleanliness and operation of restaurant and equipment through preventative maintenance.
