Job summary

Byron restaurant is seeking a seasoned server with leadership to motivate a busy team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role blends service, mentoring, and hands-on floor presence to keep the dining room smooth and guests coming back.

You'll train new hires, lead pre-shift huddles, and serve as the bridge between front and back of house. We offer hourly pay plus tips, flexible schedules, staff meals, and growth opportunities within a promoting-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in food service with lead or key-holder experience.
• Top-tier server with leadership instincts and teamwork.
