Job summary

Gin & Luck is seeking a Server to deliver an outstanding dining experience. You will connect with guests professionally, maintain knowledge of menu items, and support fellow FOH staff to ensure smooth service. Prior hospitality experience and a calm, attentive demeanor are essential.

You’ll report to the FOH Department Head and collaborate with Hosts and other staff. Full-time and part-time roles are available with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar/restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail, ensuring accurate order-taking and payment processing.
• Outstanding communication skills with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate knowledge of menu items and preparation across spaces.
• Provide hospitality and knowledge to guests and teammates.
• Be punctual, prepared, and properly dressed for shifts.
• Maintain knowledge of our compendium and EverNote navigation.
• Operate and understand the POS system and assist in other roles when needed.
• Uphold service standards and health/sanitation procedures.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and build relationships with regulars and the community.
• Respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy.
• Stay updated on Slack channels relevant to shift prep and updates.
