Job summary

Gin & Luck in Los Angeles is seeking a Server to ensure a premier dining experience with guest-focused service and strong hospitality. You will maintain knowledge of menu items, operate the POS, and support a collaborative FOH team.

Responsibilities include punctual shifts, coordinating with the MOD, handling guest feedback, and helping train new hires. The role emphasizes flexible scheduling and dedication to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Show up on time and well-prepared for shift.
• Coordinate with teammates and the MOD on arrival/departure.
• Provide hospitality and guest-focused service.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and their preparation.
• Uphold service standards per Employee Manual.
• Maintain POS operation and guest satisfaction.
• Address guest complaints with a manager per procedure.
• Support training of new hires and onboarding.
