Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong server hardware and board design experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead system architecture and board-level implementation for server platforms.
• Develop schematics, BOMs, and design docs.
• Mentor engineers and oversee contracts with external partners.
• Drive PCB layout, validation, and signal integrity analysis.
• Lead bring-up, debugging, and hardware issue resolution.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing to meet schedules and cost targets.
