The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, automation, and documentation to ensure high-performance, reliable computing platforms in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
Linux certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE or Linux+ preferred or achievable within 90 days.
7+ years in enterprise server hardware validation, qualification, or related engineering.

Responsibilities

Lead hardware validation, integration, and troubleshooting of enterprise server platforms.
Develop and validate advanced thermal management solutions (air/liquid/ immersion).
Plan qualification strategies, reliability assessments, and test methodologies.
Create automation tools and data collection frameworks to boost efficiency.
Support manufacturing readiness, NPI, pilot builds, and sustaining engineering.
