MBK Senior Living in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Lead Server to ensure residents receive the highest-quality dining service, seating residents, and supervising other servers during meals.

This full-time role requires excellent communication, a strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to follow safety and regulatory standards.

The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and training opportunities, with a DOE pay rate of $23–$25 per hour and 40 hours per week.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must meet state regulatory requirements and Food Handler Certification.
• 6+ months of server experience in a similar setting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee servers during meal service and communicate orders.
• Assist in training staff on procedures and service standards.
• Maintain dining areas and assist with food preparations for events.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in the dining area.
