Job summary

Invited is seeking a Server 2 to provide exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, leading the Server 1 team and upholding the three steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. You will oversee service operations, guide teammates, and collaborate with F&B leadership to maintain high standards and drive member satisfaction across the dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in Food and Beverage service.
• Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.
• Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, upholding Invited’s service standards.
• Lead Server 1 team and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee service, handle complex issues, and guide staff to maintain high standards.
• Assist with training and supporting team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address member/guest feedback and contribute to service recovery when needed.
