Job summary

Grand Living in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Lead Server to elevate the dining experience. You will oversee dining staff, provide culinary training, and ensure exceptional service across multiple venues under the Dining Manager's guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
• Three or more years of serving experience, preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English to direct, manage, hire and train staff and communicate with Residents.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and culinary training to dining staff.
• Uphold service standards across all menu offerings.
• Train new team members with onboarding, E-Menu training, and dining service standards.
