Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Dining Server to provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards and to support and train new servers. You will assist residents with menu selections, ensure proper dining room setup and cleanliness, and help maintain service excellence in daily operations.

In this role, you will participate in opening and closing tasks, monitor table presentation and dining decorum, and support special events while upholding privacy and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
