Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service shifts and support front-of-house operations.
• Welcome guests with hospitality and ensure satisfaction.
• Guide guests through the menu and provide recommendations.
• Provide expertise on cocktails, wine, and beverages.
• Prepare and serve beverages with proper portioning.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and perform service recovery when needed.
