Job summary

Sorrel River Ranch is seeking a Lead Server/Bartender to lead daily service shifts, welcome guests, and guide them through the menu with expert beverage knowledge. You will train the team to Sorrel standards and handle payments, tips, and service recovery as needed.

Ideal candidates have fine-dining experience, relevant certifications, and strong leadership and communication skills to deliver exceptional guest experiences in Moab’s iconic surroundings.

Qualifications

• Fine-dining or elevated restaurant experience required.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications required.
• Strong leadership and guest-service skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service shifts and front-of-house operations.
• Welcome guests and ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Guide guests through the menu with thoughtful recommendations.
• Provide professional beverage expertise in cocktails, wine, and beer; prepare and serve beverages with proper portioning.
• Onboard and train team members to Sorrel service standards.
• Complete tip and gratuity reporting accurately and on time; process payments responsibly.
