Job summary

Sorrel River Ranch offers a unique luxury dining experience along the Colorado River in Moab. We are seeking Servers who understand that the little things matter and who love making guests feel genuinely welcomed.

This role emphasizes hospitality, menu knowledge, and precise service in a fine-dining setting. As a Server, you will guide guests through menu selections, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and maintain pristine, guest-ready tables while contributing to a warm and polished dining

Qualifications

• Previous fine-dining or elevated restaurant experience.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications required.
• At least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Help guests navigate the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences.
• Take accurate orders and communicate with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and beverages with care, timing, and attention to detail.
• Know our menu, ingredients, specials, and offerings well enough to answer questions confidently.
• Keep tables beautiful, clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Work closely with the entire restaurant team to keep service moving smoothly.
• Process payments accurately and responsibly.
• Follow all service, sanitation, and company standards.
• Jump in and help wherever the team needs you.

Sorrel River Ranch is a Four-Diamond luxury guest ranch along the Colorado River, surrounded by red-rock cliffs, wide-open skies, and the incredible landscape of Moab.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years old.
• Previous fine-dining or elevated restaurant experience.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications required.
• TOAST POS experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Professional, polished, and genuinely friendly.
• Able to stay calm, organized, and focused when things get busy.
• Good judgment and the ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
