Qualifications

• Fine-dining or elevated restaurant experience with leadership preference.
• Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness certifications required.
• TOAST POS experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and guest-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service shifts and support front-of-house operations.
• Welcome guests with hospitality and ensure satisfaction.
• Guide guests through menu with recommendations.
• Prepare and serve beverages with proper portioning and knowledge of cocktails.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle service recovery.
• Onboard and train team to Sorrel standards.
• Serve as banquet captain for large events.
• Complete tip/gratuity reporting and process payments.
• Follow sanitation standards and support team as needed.
