Job summary

Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk is seeking a Lead Server to provide exceptional guest experiences, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure dining areas meet cleanliness and service standards. You will explain menu items, assist guests, and support the team in achieving service excellence.

The role requires coordinating with colleagues, handling payments and gratuities, and helping train new associates. Availability for varied shifts and compliance with safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications
