Job summary

Hyatt Vacations Club (HVC) is seeking a Lead Server in the United States to greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks. The role includes setting tables, maintaining cleanliness, and explaining menu items to ensure guest satisfaction.

You may assist in training new associates and support shifts as needed. The position offers competitive hourly pay of $20.00, with benefits including medical/dental/vision options, travel discounts, 401K, tuition reimbursement, and ongoing growth

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and drinks.
• Sets tables ensuring all supplies meet quality standards.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Explains menu items and specials and checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and/or beverage.
• Presents accurate check and processes payment, including gratuity handling.
• Assists management with training new associates and other hourly duties as needed.
