Glenbrook Health Center is seeking a full-time Lead Server to provide excellent table service and train new staff. The role involves supervising wait staff, managing customer complaints, and coordinating events. Ideal candidates will have experience in hospitality and a passion for customer service.
Glenbrook Health Center is currently hiring a full time Lead Server to work between 11 AM – 7:30 PM, and evenings, including weekends and holidays. This is a no tipping environment. The Lead Server is responsible for table service within the Dining Rooms. This position must set the standard for all other servers to follow. The Lead Server is responsible for assisting management to ensure the highest standards of customer service are being achieved by the entire wait staff.
