Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting guests warmly, seating them, and ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff.
• Coordinating wait times and seating guests efficiently.
• Engaging with guests with genuine conversations and a smile.
• Having a general knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell.
• Answering calls professionally and directing them appropriately.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Leading the lobby experience following Outback hospitality standards.
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards during shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs and work in hot/cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for extended periods.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certification required (can be obtained during training or within 60 days of start).
