Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting Guests in a welcoming manner and seating them efficiently.
• Coordinating the wait and ensuring smooth seating.
• Engaging with Guests genuinely and smiling often.
• Having knowledge of the menu to recommend and upsell.
• Answering the phone professionally and directing calls.
• Assisting in bussing tables, delivering food and beverages, and supporting team efforts.
• Leading the lobby experience according to Outback standards.
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs. and work in hot/cold environments.
