Punch List Digital in the United States seeks an experienced SEO Manager to own architecture, migrations, and measurement across a growing portfolio of contractor sites.

You will lead a small team, design scalable templates, document playbooks, and drive organic leads and client success through rigorous technical SEO, AI-assisted workflows, and cross‑functional collaboration with web development and content teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO, including agency work across many clients at once.
• 2+ years leading or managing SEO practitioners.
• Deep technical SEO: architecture, migrations, redirects, Core Web Vitals, structured data, internal linking, crawl and index management.
• Local SEO for multi-location or service-area businesses, including Google Business Profile, citations, and reviews.
• A track record of building processes and rolling out improvements across many sites at once.

Responsabilidades

• Own site architecture, migrations, redirects, and structured data across client websites.
• Set roadmap for template-level improvements and work with Web Development to roll out changes across the portfolio.
• Document onboarding, launches, migrations, and reporting processes for consistent client quality.
• Lead launches and post-launch checks to preserve rankings and visibility.
• Measure results with GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and AI-citation tracking.
